- Zineo NFTs

By using the Zineo Labs platform and participating in the exchange of Zineo NFTs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership of Zineo NFTs: a. Each Zineo NFT represents a unique digital artwork stored on the underlying blockchain network. When you purchase a Zineo NFT, you become the sole owner of the associated digital artwork, subject to the terms outlined herein. b. Zineo Labs does not possess the ability to seize, freeze, or modify the ownership of any Zineo NFTs. Ownership is exclusively managed through the Smart Contract and the underlying blockchain technology.

2. Personal Use: a. Subject to compliance with these Terms, Zineo Labs grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Zineo NFTs for personal, non-commercial purposes. b. You may showcase your Zineo NFTs on platforms that allow the purchase and sale of NFTs, provided that the platform cryptographically verifies your ownership rights for displaying the associated digital artwork. This verification ensures that only the true owner can display the artwork. c. You may also include your Zineo NFTs in third-party websites or applications that involve or engage with the NFTs, as long as the website or application cryptographically verifies your ownership rights for displaying the artwork. Additionally, the artwork should no longer be visible once the owner of the Zineo NFT leaves the website or application.

3. Commercial Use: a. Subject to compliance with these Terms, Yuga Labs grants you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased Zineo NFTs for the purpose of creating derivative works based on the artwork ("Commercial Use"). b. Commercial Use may include utilizing the artwork to produce and sell merchandise products, such as T-shirts, that display copies of the artwork. c. These rights do not restrict you from owning or operating a marketplace that permits the use and sale of Zineo NFTs, provided that the marketplace verifies the ownership rights of each Zineo NFT owner for displaying the associated artwork. d. You are also allowed to own or operate third-party websites or applications that involve or engage with Zineo NFTs, as long as the ownership rights of each Zineo NFT owner are cryptographically verified for displaying the artwork. Furthermore, the artwork should no longer be visible once the owner of the purchased Zineo NFT leaves the website or application. e. You are entitled to earn revenue from the aforementioned activities, including the sale of merchandise and any other permissible commercial endeavors related to your Zineo NFTs.
